    My mom is90yearsold. Wewere afraid totake her for act scan asshe isvery fragile. Wewere greeted immediately aswe opened the door. But JCwalked through the lobby area several times asmy mom drank the special drink. Hespoke toher every time and made her feel socomfortable. Hejoked with her was very kind toher made the total experience seamless. Heis anasset tohave working foryou. Ask for him heis the best!

                          The staff was very professional. The ctscan tech was sovery nice and gentle recognizing mydiscomfort and pain level,and assisting mewith getting onthe bed that isused. Wecan’t say enough about his demeanor. Thank you for being sovery nice. Hesimply and easily described the procedure putting the emphasis onhow quick itwouldbe.

                            While Iappreciate that Simon respects mypersonal choices. Itis extremely frustrating towait over 2hours past myscheduled appointment time with alack ofcommunication from the office staff. While Iunderstand emergencies happen, Ifeel like amore proactive approach would make ahuge difference. Being upfront when Ichecked in20minutes before myappointment asrequested, would have made abig difference forme. Half anhour past myappointment Iasked how far they were running behind and was told there was anemergency with the tech who was scheduled and they had tocall someone elsein. This wasn’t something that happened after Iarrived and could have saved mea lot offrustration and time had Ibeen given the information upfront. Anhour past mytime Irequested another update and was told there was one person before meand then itwould bemy turn, soabout 30—45more minutes. Then Iwatched assomeone checkedin, for the same type ofexam, they called back the person who was scheduled beforeme. After another 30minutes orso Irequested another update and was told there were now 2people ahead ofme, then they called back the person Ihad just watched checkin. Realizing mytime means nothing tothe people atthe front desk isbeyond frustrating.– show

                              Excellent service, Irequested myappointment online for anMRI, they called meback and set myappointment atmy convenience, Icompleted all forms online which iseasier and saves time, Ieven scanned myinsurance card and picture IDonline. Igot there the day ofmy appointment, assoon asthe receptionist verified all myinformation Iwas called infor myMRI, the technician and assistant were very professional and made sure that Iwas confortable during the whole process. Ihighly recommend this MRI center, Iwill schedule mymammogram and Bone Density test inthe excellent place. Very clean, state ofthe art equipments and anexcellent staff. Thank you toall staff members for your TLC during myvisit.– show

                                The staff isamazing but the MRI machine ishorrible! Ihave had MRIs before but the noise from this one isintolerable. Myleft ear isdtill hurting.

                                        The wait just tocheck inwas 30minutes long. Itwasn’t the fault ofthe poor girl who was all alone atthe front desk, but the management ofthe store. They need tohire more people upfront tomake the line move quickly and efficiently. The only thing that kept mefrom giving this place one star was the technician who gave methe CTscan. Hewas incredibly friendly and took mythoughts away from the scan bynice chit chat and conversation. They should also consider hiring someone who speaks Spanish, Inoticed there were several patients who needed help translating because noone working there spoke Spanish.– show
