@MetroByTMobile Great customer service guys. I go to upgrade my phone and they tell me there's also a fee of 23 dollars. I never had to pay before if you had the phone long enough. She said they always had the fee. Been customer for years too. #dontlietome cause then you lose me

@ultimatekei This is my first phone that i don't have a case. I dropped phones pffff but never cracked mine 😭😭 the metropcs store didnt have a case yet in stock since this is one of their newest phones >:( the crack isnt too bad but noticeable on the edge and pricked my finger from that😑

@MetroByTMobile That resolution only works if over-the-air updates work. Exactly why it is an ineffective method. Metro is also slow at getting updates from the manufacturer pushed out to devices it's been over a month since the last patch and yet we still don't have it. @xdadevelopers
